For non-transfer travels, ride the green Daly City-Fremont line or the orange Richmond-Fremont line and get off at the Union City Station.
Exit the station and turn RIGHT, heading towards Decoto Road. The best visual guide is to simply follow the BART tracks above you.
Cross Decoto Road and the public park alongside it to get to our clinic which is located on the other side of the park.
The walk takes approximately 10 minutes.
Driving Directions
From North of Union City
- Head SOUTH on 880
- Take EXIT 23 on Alvarado Niles Road
- Turn LEFT at Alvarado Niles Road
- Go several miles & turn LEFT onto Decoto Road
- Go down Decoto Road until you pass under the BART tracks above you
- Make the first available U-turn at the light on 11th Street
- Drive several yards and turn RIGHT on 12th Street
- The clinic and parking lot are at the end of 12th Street and J Street
- You may park in one of our lots or on the street.
From South of Union City
- Head NORTH on 880
- Take the Decoto Road/CA-84 W EXIT toward Dumbarton Bridge
- Turn RIGHT at Decoto Road
- Go down Decoto Road until you pass under the BART tracks above you
- Make the first available U-turn at the light on 11th Street
- Drive several yards and turn RIGHT on 12th Street
- The clinic and parking lot are at the end of 12th Street and J Street
- You may park in one of our lots or on the street.
