Minimally Invasive Dentistry and Caries Management by Risk Assessment

For all dental treatments and services offered at Union City Dental Care Center, we focus on our patients’ best interest by practicing minimally invasive dentistry which is based on the principle that no dental treatment or material is better than healthy tissue. We therefore make all efforts to preserve healthy tissue in our treatments.

In our initial examination, we examine both teeth and risk factors that contribute to possible formation of dental caries (cavities). We then make appropriate treatment recommendations to correct the problem and avoid unnecessary restorations. We use current prevention strategies to help our patients maintain a lifetime of oral health.
